The holidays are so hard for that, Heidi. Believe me, I know. I'm dreading the cookie baking season - because I LOVE it and I know I will be snacking away while my son has his surgery and goes in to recovery/PT (ACL repair), the inlaws visit and blah blah blah. What calms me down? A cookie! Or....fresh bread! Or....anything at all, really.
I need to stick to this yoga thing as best I can to keep my hands out of the cookie jar.Angie
