Don't let it get to you. Focus on total health: has anyone given you crap about numbers? I'll fire up the bus if they have...

Just me, part of the problem is that I was up about 7 pounds from the summer (that's usually when I gain because I can get away with it wearing skirts and dresses as I carry everything in my legs).... and then I've already gained another 9! So the numbers are already overwhelming me!

        Thanks for the reassurance!

I'm in. I stress eat, and I'm out of control.

The holidays are so hard for that, Heidi. Believe me, I know. I'm dreading the cookie baking season - because I LOVE it and I know I will be snacking away while my son has his surgery and goes in to recovery/PT (ACL repair), the inlaws visit and blah blah blah. What calms me down? A cookie! Or....fresh bread! Or....anything at all, really.

I need to stick to this yoga thing as best I can to keep my hands out of the cookie jar.

You can do it, Angie! Give yourself permission to have a couple cookies. Sometimes, it just helps.

You go girl! You deserved to lose every single ounce of those 23 pounds!! Seriously tho, be grateful its coming off fast. I lost about 11 pounds post baby and the baby was 10 pounds 5 oz. It took exactly 13 days after the delivery for my water weight to start coming off. I thought my legs were going to explode!
