I wanted to check and find out if any of you wanted to share your health, fitness, or weight loss goals for 2012. I think we have a well rounded group of all health and fitness levels. I'm curious to see where you are these days.
Plus, we all want to be a support to each other. I'll start. 
I starting trying to lose weight again last March. In all total I was able to drop 48 pounds last year.
BUT I'm not at my goal yet. I have about 50-60 more pounds to drop. I think I'm going big this year. I want this weight off! It's going to be hard, but I think it's really doable. I'm going to hit the gym three days a week and a extra yoga class in there once a week. I try and keep my calories under 1,500 each day. My short term goal is to drop 15 pounds by Valentines Day. Ok, enough about me. Please share!!
