I'm trying to incorporate more cardio (ick) and was wondering what everyone's preferred method of getting sweaty is. The elliptical is not my friend, so that's out.

Before kids I used to bike. So fun to get out there, feel the wind in your face, explore your region, and jam some fartleks.
Man, I love that word.
With a stroller-able kid I picked up running. Once you get into a good habit and build the endurance to run, it can be pretty exhilarating too, especially if you have some good tunes on the iPod.Alison

I have a hurt left foot and can not walk or run until it's better. I spend a lot of time on the elliptical as bulk of my cardio. My favorite is the stationary rowing machine! The one at my gym works on water weight. It sounds like I'm rowing the English Channel when I'm on that thing! love it.Wife to PGY5. Mommy to baby girl born 11/2009. Cat mommy since 2002
