    Just FYI - Usually the color of the roller indicates how dense/hard the roller is (white is generally the cushiest, then blue, and black is the most dense). I assumed this was always the way it worked, but bought a black one at sports authority that is not as dense as the ones at the gym. If you are looking for a very dense/hard roller, you are probably better off ordering from power systems (or a similar online retailer), or going to one of those at home fitness stores.

      This is what we have here at the house. DH uses it all the time. It bruises him up like a mofo, but he loves it. Just be careful that you wear clothing to cover up the bruising or you might get some interesting questions. DH's back looked like I have some crazy long/sharp finger nails and an S&M obsession...

      BTW, Muscle Driver kicks ass. That's who we've ordered most of our home gym equipment through and they have pretty great customer support.
