  • I've been eating whatever since Thanksgiving and I'm fat as a bloated tick right now. It's AMAZING that I shift my calories to the unhealthy sort and I blow up like a balloon. :/ Dammit. I'm not even eating that much.

      Weren't you doing low carb? It's so easy to fall off that bandwagon. I don't follow it as closely as before, but still try. Carb resistance is futile between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

        I do paleo-ish (some dairy). I eat sweet potatoes and other carby goodness, but yeah, it doesn't really come close to the carbage levels in the SAD. It's easy to fall off that too, because everywhere you go is pasta, bread, cake and cookies! And candy! So hard to resist. :/

        Are you getting back on the wagon come January?

          I haven't thought too much about it, but I probably will. I do eat some rice and potatoes. My version of low carb is mostly staying away from things made with flour and sugar, replacing them with more produce and protein.
