Based on the insane level of soreness in my hips and thighs today, there will be NO YOGA FOR ME tomorrow. Seriously. And, I'd like my perfect butt to show up soon. Damn. I'm always shocked by how daily yoga classes can cumulatively creep up on you. I've done 5 days in a row and none of the classes seemed that challenging. Now I'm unable to take two flights of steps without wincing. And since my house has four flights of steps (don't ask), this is a literal pain in the ass.Angie

I ran (jogged) 7 miles tonight. I'm so ridiculously proud of myself. I have no one else to share that accomplishment with so here I am. I'm kinda hoping to complete a half marathon one day. And maybe, just maybe, I'll learn to swim (for real) and I can complete a triathlon....

Nothing motivates like a bathing suit! Good luck!

So interesting. I had good luck with the old WW too - although it was so hard! I can eat like 3K calories of fruit a day if I let myself, so I wasn't a huge fan of the new system.
I think I still pay for it, is it still easy enough to use the tracking tools for the old system or are you doing it by hand?

I track my food (and calculate recipes) with my fitness pal. I used to mark the point value in the notes but that got tedious. I generally calculate the points in my head and will confirm with an online points calculator if I'm not sure what the fraction of a point is for rounding purposes.
It's fairly easy to count up in your head though...every 50 calories - add a point, every 12g of fat - add a point. Then for each 4g of fiber you can subtract a point (for one point maximum), so basically the max can account for is 4g (even if it has 12g of fiber).
Here's the calculator: http://www.calculatorcat.com/free_ca...lculator.phtml
Has old and new, but I obviously use the old. There are also sites that will tell you how many of the old points you are allotted based on age, height, weight and activity (apparently the points plus is impossible to figure out without their calculator.
