Mom Posture
MrsK, if you're still interested I. yoga, try talking to the yoga instructor before class...part of his/her job is to provide modifications and watch her students to make sure they don't injure themselves. You should also let her know that you have had multiple c-sections so s/he can tailor the mods for you. The fast moving classes are tough at first but they get easier when you learn the lingo...watch other students and if you are tired or unsure, rest in child's pose. You can also have the gym recommend a personal trainer who is trained in yoga practice to help walk you through the positions and their modifications and names until you are more comfortable.
ETA I also just wanted to say: go you! I can't imagine making time at the gym with three little ones! Seriously impressed over here!
