      I thought I'd posted here (oh god - is it in someone elses goals?) that I'm continuing to do the gym ... even though a weight loss program isn't a good plan right now. I've not done the weights this week ... harder work than I was up for, but I did go twice and ride the bike. On Tuesday I did 8.1 miles, and today I did 9 miles -- in the same time. We're walking up to collect Jacob everyday too, which is only about 1/2 mile round trip ... but still something.

      If I posted in the wrong one ... I do apologize!

          You are inspiring me to go for a jog! It is sooooo hot in FL. I am still getting used to the heat/humidity.

            Thanks Laker! I hate humidity too. No way ANY of this could have taken place outside. I have the chi chi gym w/childcare to thank for it.

            Not sure what I'm working towards now, since weight loss is a no-no (although this kid could probably come to term just off of the extra I have on my body). I've just decided that I'm healthier as a whole if I do exercise, so I might as well keep it up.

              7 miles yesterday. I upped the 'level' of the program I was using, so I stopped after 30 minutes instead of the 40 I'd been doing.

                  after hauling my cookies all over NYC all weekend and logging quite a few miles, I decided now is the time to jump back on the wagon.

                  6.3 miles on the bike today @ the gym (plus I didn't have to come home to the IL's while Quinn was at preschool).
