      It does get better- increase your water intake to help flush the lactic acid in the meantime.

      Unfortunately, as you get more fit you have to change and increase the ways to challenge your muscles! You just wait!

          what the hell? i cant freaking win. i weighed myself today (totally need to put the scale away, btw) and i have gained weight.

          if it doesnt move soon...just a pound, i give up.

            Who was it that suggested putting the scale in the trunk of your car? Do that! Enjoy the better sleep and sore legs and let the scale catch up!

              AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH

              Get off the scale.

              One cup of coffee, one not using the bathroom prior to weighing yourself, underwear vs. nekked....

              I swear to God I'm going to have a scale burning party.

              Keep exercising, keep drinking water. (and if you've upped your water intake, there's your weight difference right there- a gallon of water weighs something like 3 pounds...)

                okay, so i let this go...and in august i started up again. as of today im down 20lbs!!! if i could loose 20 more, i think i could be comfortable and maintain.
