    I have been to the gym a few times this month- but now I'm totally focused on getting this house painted. So yesterday I primed the walls, did two coats on the ceiling and one coat on the beam between the LR and DR. Today's goals are to finish the walls and at least first coat the trim- and second coat the beam. So, since I was literally dripping sweat doing the ceiling yesterday- I'm counting it at 6 straight hours of exercise!

      March has been an excellent month so far. Of course retirement has helped. This week M, T, Th, I did and hour of cardio each day plus 1/2 of weights. (last week I did that for two days) I think I have figured out a strategy that works. I tell myself that I have to do one hour but I can split it up among machine or a walk or a jog outside. Than I do the weights either between cardio or after both. It's working!
