Prepare to be blown away by my progress thus far: In the last 2 weeks, I've worked out once each week. I've walked about 3 miles with a friend. That's it!
I plan to get up and walk 2 more mornings each week, and if it's too cold to walk, I'll do my Pilates video (that I have yet to complete). We'll see how it goes.
