    Prepare to be blown away by my progress thus far: In the last 2 weeks, I've worked out once each week. I've walked about 3 miles with a friend. That's it!
    I plan to get up and walk 2 more mornings each week, and if it's too cold to walk, I'll do my Pilates video (that I have yet to complete). We'll see how it goes.
    Awake is the new sleep!

      Umm, I didn't do anything this week. I don't see any Amazon gift certificates in my near future.

        After a month "hiatus" I'm back in the saddle again.
        Monday--got up at 5:30am, did my PT, then walked 3 miles with my friend.
        Tuesday--did my PT before kids got up.

        *My plan is to get up early each day and squeeze my PT in first thing in the morning, and to walk 3X a week with a neighbor.
        Awake is the new sleep!

          Wednesday--did PT, walked 3 miles.
          Thursday--did PT times 2.
          Friday--PT exercises, may or may not get any exercise since dh is out of town (unless you count single parenting children who are constantly fighting!)

            Sunday--PT
            Monday--PT, got up to walk with neighbor, she stood me up so I walked about half a mile and went back home.
