  • A crockpot gem

I have a very similar one using chicken. In fact, it's exactly the same until you get to the onions. Just the BBQ sauce, dressing (Italian), Woo Secret (Worcestershire sauce), and brown sugar. You just add chicken breasts and cook for 5 or 6 hours. My kids love it!

Heh. I'm even lazier than that. Frozen chicken breasts, bottle of good bbq sauce. Cook 5-6 hours. Comes out *wonderfully*. We put 4-5 breasts in, and can generally get 2 dinners of chunks, and then break up the rest for sandwiches. So simple and yummy.

Our favorite bbq sauce so far: Trader Joe's Kansas City style.

That one does look good! DH is always hoping I'll make use of the crock pot, but I'm not a big roast fan. Shredded bbq sandwiches I can do.
