I have decided that the only way I can keep up with our garden is to prep things as soon as I pick them. Otherwise they sit on the counter for way too long.
Just picked two pumpkins, one little, one huge. What's the best way to prep these for use in soup, bread, etc? Better to steam and puree them? Cut them into chunks? Something else?
