We r trying to eat some sort of fish 3-4 nights a week. We bought some ahi tuna steaks but. Am not sure how to make them. Any suggestions?

My FIL gave me th recipe...he makes it at least monthly. . I can't find it in the book I brought to Florida with me. It must be in Dallas still. I'll email him to resend it....then I'll post it. I tucked it away bc it was too hard to get fresh ahi in Louisiana, and then too expensive in Dallas.Mom of 3, Veterinarian

Cook it on a screeching hot pan with extra virgin olive oil just about 2 minutes per side. We serve it with a mango salsa...
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 cups diced yellow onion
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
2 mangos diced
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tsp light brown sugar
1-2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper
2 tsp minced mint leaves
Saute oil, onion, ginger until onions is soft
Add garlic and mango, reduce to low and cook 10 minutes
Add the rest of sauce ingredients and cook until orange juice is reduced
Remove from heat and add mint
Salsa can be served warm or cold
