We've already had the Tillamook ice cream - YUM! I'll have to try the yogurt.

Thanks for the lists guys, wow!

Omg, don't get me started about how much I love WinCo.

See now there is a WinCo right next to the Costco and since I'd never heard of it I googled it - what is so great about it? Most of the reviews I read said unless you're buying in bulk our local grocery (Fred Meyer) is cheaper...

Mostly I love it for the bulk section (especially the bulk candy, haha) and the bakery. In Reno it's pretty consistently cheaper than the other grocery stores, but I don't know how it compares there.

In CA, it was subpar to the other stores, maybe cheaper, but the quality was lower.

Oh how I miss WinCo for our weekly grocery shopping. They were always so cheap and I loved having an alternative to Walmart that fit our budget. I would say Fred Meyer definitely has a better atmosphere and nicer selection but are more expensive on most items. I find the lack of good affordable groceries in our location disturbing . We are from the PNW and I love and miss Thomas Kemper Soda. My mom usually buys a case from Costco when we come home to visit. I even went to the extent of e-mailing them to see if they sold it anywhere near us and the closest location is 2 hours away. I can't justify a road trip for soda. Have fun wondering through Costco, it's awesome.

For us, the WinCo in Hillsboro was 24-hour, and was closer than the nearest Freddy's, so it was our go-to for general groceries most of the time, and as I mentioned, awesome prices on tillamook yogurt (this was 4 years ago, mind). If we were on our way home from somewhere and a Freddy's was on the way, though, or if we needed groceries AND something else, Freddy's was DEFINITELY the place to go. They aren't kidding about the "one-stop shopping", at least out in the 'burbs (don't know about the selection at the ones closer to downtown).

So far I've been happy with the Freddy's but I'll have to try the WinCo. The Freddy's is closer but not by much.

Vitamin Water and the pre-made shrimp wraps with cilantro lime sauce on the side.

WINE WINE WINE!!!! I love the fruit there. Milk almost always is less expensive.

Books and CDs although Target frequently beats their prices -- just not all the time. Pillows for outdoor furniture.

                    I love Costco.

I've only seen the dark ones, which are good, but price is still pretty high.

I also wanted to add Dove soap. Especially with their coupon. This month it's like 3 or 4 bucks off. Their prices already beats everyone else but with the coupon it is even better. We always stock up when it goes on sale. Our oldest has atopic dermatitis and the dove white bar is all he/we use. Lastly their dryer sheets. Like 500+ for like 6 bucks. Can I just say we love Costco.
p.s. Their snake bar is the best. We love their Churros.

You are so right A. They are my favorites, by far. I've been waiting for them too.
