Crockpot beer chicken and sauteed cauliflower and squash. My husband has been a very good sport with this low carb diet so far, although I'm sure he's eating junk when he's at the hospital!

Tonight it's prosciutto-wrapped chicken breasts with roasted green beans and brown rice. But what I really want is a baked potato.

Scratch that - DH is staying on campus til 10 or later to study so there's no way I'm dirtying dishes to cook a meal if he's not home. Popcorn, cake, and wine it is!

Tonight is chicken pot pie, bread (proofing on the counter right now), and left over cake from wedding cake tasting this weekend.

I like the warm, home-y feel -- I'm freezing today!

Probably chicken tikka masala, if I get around to making the spice blend.
                  Served over quinoa.

DrB isn't feeling well so I'm making him chicken soup with my homemade noodles he loves so much.

I think tonight is a night of lying low and recooperating... so maybe some hot chocolate for a warm snack later, too.

                            • I threw chicken breast, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and stuffing in the crockpot, we'll see how it tastes...
