I've caved and am making a peach crisp. I also have three quart bags of diced peaches in the freezer, and about 12 Popsicles. I have about 10 peaches left. Considering some muffins which I can freeze and maybe more Popsicles. Yum yum yum.Wife to Hand Surgeon just out of training, mom to two lovely kittys and little boy, O, born in Sept 08.

Sangria -
Dice the peaches into small bites - also do the same with sweet apples, and some raspberries.
Find a good recipe, and let the fruit soak in it overnight, chilled.
Yum!
