I've caved and am making a peach crisp. I also have three quart bags of diced peaches in the freezer, and about 12 Popsicles. I have about 10 peaches left. Considering some muffins which I can freeze and maybe more Popsicles. Yum yum yum.

What were you thinking LSW? I like margaritas and make them. You think I could make peachy margarita?

            Sangria -
Dice the peaches into small bites - also do the same with sweet apples, and some raspberries.
Find a good recipe, and let the fruit soak in it overnight, chilled.
            Yum!
