This recipe, not to toot my own horn or anything, is the best recipe ever invented for seafood lovers! I have received so many compliments on it, and I think they are all deserved.
Heidi's Warm Seafood Dip
1 6 oz. can or pouch of crab meat, drained
½ lb. cooked shrimp
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
1½ cups shredded Italian cheese blend
(Parmesan, Romano, Asiago)
1 cup sour cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 – 4 green onions, sliced
½ tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Mix all ingredients well. Microwave on high 10 minutes or bake 350º for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly in 2 qt. casserole.
Serve with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
