Re: Eat Pray Love - Elizabeth Gilbert
I'm coming back to modify what I said about the "how bad is it" comment. She was obviously struggling, had a lot of strife in her life, and I don't mean to minimize that. I think what troubled me at times was more a wondering of -- don't lots of people have this struggle and anguish at times? I know the book was about her and her journey and not about depression or divorce, etc. but...I don't know what I'm trying to say. I guess at times it did seem like she thought she had the worst divorce ever or worst relationships ever.
