I'm at about 61% of the way through. Won't be too long now. Maybe we should have two threads going? One spoiler-free and one spoiler-riffic, so that us laggards can still chime in and say "I'm reading! I'm liking it so far!" while those who've finished can freely discuss?

I'm about 25% done. Might have to start investing more time to it than the 30 minutes on bike trainer. FWIW, this book is very sad. I've read some depressing books but this one is personally heartbreaking!

Yes, it's not a light read by any means. The vivid descriptions of every scene also lend to how heavy it can been. It's very emotional. I actually picked up "Hyperbole and a Half" in B&N this weekend thinking it would be a humorous and colorful pick-me-up, turns out some of the chapters of that book are kind of heavy as well!

Yeah, I'm actually pretty disappointed that this book does not have Kindle lending enabled. I don't know if it's because it's such a new release/best seller or what...I would totally lend it out to whomever was interested if it would let me!! Maybe I'll check again just to make sure nothing's changed...

I was able to get it within a few weeks from our library's e-book catalog, but for the physical book I'm still #172 out of 285 (after more than a month waiting). Bummer, but that's popular books for you! If you mean that the book is not in your library's catalog at all, try ILL or ask your library to purchase a copy.

I'm still waiting for mine, and I'm annoyed because I see that some neighboring libraries have it available on their shelves but it hasn't been sent to me yet!! (I used to feel guilty about requesting books from faraway libraries, but now that I saw we pay $458 a year in library tax, hellz yeah. Send me books.)

Yeah, a little bit busy here. And tired. I've had to read the same paragraphs over and over again because I can't keep my eyes open.

I finished over the weekend and it is probably one of my most favorite books in the last five years.

Still working through it. I'm enjoying it and think it's well written, but the occasional underlines diminishes the strength of the writing. It's like putting words on a canvas because you're not good enough at your craft to convey the message otherwise.

I'm liking it so far, but it is long. So long. And, I want to know, where is this going? Anywhere?
