I loved this book too. Hosseini is an amazing writer.
I apologize if this was already mentioned (I skimmed through the other posts
) but the movie version is coming out this year according to imdb. I heard the author talking about it on BookTv. He was upset that the screenplay left out a lot of the book but he understood it would be impossible to include everything in a 2-3 hour movie.
