Today, I finally can eat without feeling ill as long as it is only a little bit of food. This still feels like a victory.
Today, I have lost 8 pounds since last Saturday. Which leaves me just slightly more than 5 to go to reach my goal weight!

Today, I am ready to ship the kids to their dad's. Thank GAWD for the electronic baby-sitter and Netflix. Only 2 more days until he has them 4 consecutive nights. And I am making the most of those nights.Kris

Yay for getting on board with what most European countries already do to minimize waste!married to an anesthesia attending
