    • Today I'm pissed at DH because he started tiling our kitchen walls FOUR months ago and has not finished. He's on an easy rotation this month and has had plenty of time to do it.

        • I asked my DH to do two things around the house while he had May and June basically off as research months. He did one of them. I know how you feel.

            • Today I've got painters working on my house that no longer like me because I ratted them out to their boss on Friday - Greaaaaaat!

Today I've got chimney guys working on my chimneys and drilling something while R tries to sleep, I'm guessing it will be a short nap.

Today I've got my regular inside painter coming to bid the master bed/bath hopefully he doesn't get offended when he sees I have exterior painters here that are not him but I didn't hire them, they're subcontractors.

                        • Today I got up at 4, flew to Boston for a 4 day work event, dragged DD with me solo. Man, there's a LOT of stuff involved in taking a 5.5 month on a plane. I've done it before but this time she will be doing 2 days of daycare (I found a drop in place) plus 2 days with a sitter so I had to bring a lot of milk and bottles and all the stuff required by daycare. We made it though and I'm proud of myself for doing it all, dropping her off, and then changing in my rented van like superman to make it in time for my meeting by 10 AM!!!

That is amazing! Do you stay in hotels in Boston or do you have hotels? Do you have any way of leaving some baby gear in Boston?
