No way to leave anything in Boston - we have no redundant gear. Tonight we drive 2 hours to the cape, back on Thurs night for a night just outside of Boston and then home at 9:30 pm on Friday night.

Most of my colleagues are childless or have spouses who focus on their children, so I get a lot weird looks when I rush in with my pump, my computer, coolers of milk, etc. I am so blessed to have a baby who's a real trooper!

Although pray for me tonight on our 2 hour drive to the cape. She hates the car and I'm driving solo. I'm praying she sleeps at least some instead of crying the whole way.

    • Does she like baby music CDs yet? I'm sure you don't have any right now. Not sure if you have a set up for download for the car. Anyways, I think around that age DD started to love those Baby Einstein CDs in the car. It was like baby Zen. I honestly enjoy those CD too because its very cheery classical music. Very calming yet happy.

I'm sure you've tried everything tho.

Congrats on getting child care in Boston!

            • Today I went to a new grocery store and it didn't suck. Yay.

Today I got caught in a nasty thunderstorm and was sorry I chose to wear a white shirt.

Today I'm loving having cable again and watching lots of food network. I've missed Alton and Giada and Ina and Paula.

                  • Stewart Little 3 (could be a little scary with his cat phobia and all but he seems ok). He's hypnotized and I'm dying to take his picture. His feet just reach the end of the seat and the kid pack popcorn tray covers his whole lap. You don't think anyone would mind if I used my flash, do you?
