Today I'm actually looking forward to this shower. Its amazing how my BIL & I's relationship has changed since he has found his love, we had a really nice evening. Even though it is like herding cats trying to get 10 people to make a decision it might actually be a nice weekend.Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.

Today my mom and I got supplies to make a headboard for our new bed, and we started finishing my kitchen table and chairs (table was unfinished, chairs are getting spray painted black by my mom). Can't wait to have this all done!Allison - professor; wife to a urology attending; mom to baby girl E (11/13), baby boy C (2/16), and a spoiled cat; knitter and hoarder of yarn; photographer

Today my 95 year old grandmother met her very first and only (so far) great grandchild. I so badly wish I had been there with the rest of my family but the pictures still make me smile. It was a big deal because we lost my grandfather in December and even though Nonnie has Alzheimer's, she knows he's gone and has been lonely. Even though she's still happy and pretty hilarious despite her ailing memory, this was an especially bright spot for her (albeit one that she has probably already forgotten)

Today, DrK insisted on sending both boys to school. I've been sick all weekend and the boys were acting like lunatics this morning. K2 hid all of his clothes. When I opened his dresser, it was empty. So, I spent most of the morning searching the laundry, goodwill clothes, his brother's drawers, clothes set aside for the baby, the linen closet, the trash, under beds and so forth to look for his clothes without luck. Sent him to school in his brother's baggy pants. They left an hour ago and I have not moved an inch from the sofa. My personal goal for today is to get to the grocery store, fill a cart with groceries, and get them out to the car before getting sick -- bonus points if I can actually get the groceries into the fridge without getting sick. I'm really annoyed that our groceries don't have many prepared food options. I'd never noticed that before.Wife and #1 Fan of Attending Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist.

Holy crap this is the first time I looked at the picture I posted yesterday on a computer instead of iPad or iPhone, which I originally posted from my phone. SO SORRY for the gigantic in-your-face-grandmother photo. NO IDEA it was going to be that big. *slinks away in embarrassment*Wife, support system, and partner-in-crime to PGY-3 (IM) and spoiler of our 11 y/o yellow lab
