I just learned about the Happiness Planner and bought a bunch of them...one for myself, my mother, my best friend, and even DH even though he will probably never use it! My mom just started a book club on The Magic, a gratitude focused book, and I went to the first meeting and it was totally not my style but the gratitude mindset definitely is! I did my own research for a gratitude journal and this is what I found! I bought the 100 day planner so that I don't need to commit to every day but it was backordered so I don't think I will get it for a while but I am excited to try it out. They even have a Daily Happiness email series that I signed up for and I love getting the motivational quotes and other positive messages in my email every day.
