2. My youngest sister was severely handicapped and died when she was 15 -- I was 23.
3. I am legally blind (when I don't wear my glasses or contacts).
4. I was raised a VERY strict Baptist (I knew about Bob Jones University WAY before the last presidential election) but would now define myself as an evangelical christian --definitely not a right-wing fundamentalist.
5. My parents have been divorced since I was 8 years old.
6. I attended college on a full ride music/academic scholarship.
7. One of my sisters is a wanna-be opera singer in NYC.
8. I love chocolate and sweets in general, but my biggest temptation (which I try very hard not to indulge) is glazed yeast doughnuts -- Krispy Kreme or any other kind.

1. My dad was a truck driver and my mom was a telephone operator. Now my dad is a farmer and my mom sells panties as a sales represenative at Victoria’s Secret Catalogue.
2. Although I was baptized in mother’s faith, Methodist, I come from a strong Catholic background, complete with nuns and priests in the family. In college, I went to mass with all of my friends and roommates rather than attend the church of my own heritage. I guess that makes me “almost” Catholic but mostly Methodist.
3. Orange is my favorite color
4. One of my lesser known accomplishments is that I have climbed the largest mountain in North Africa. I traveled to Morocco and Mauritania with one of my best friends and we ended up staying for two weeks in these largely Muslim countries--very interesting experience.
5. One of my lesser known downfalls is that I cheated in 8th grade and almost got suspended from school for a week. I loved literature (geek) and read the entire book of “Where The Red Fern Grows” as assigned. I allowed other kids to copy my report, and of course, we all got caught, but I was so afraid that I never admitted what happened, although looking back, it was very obvious.
6. I really can not see myself practicing law in ten years.
7. I fear that I will not love my future children as much as I love my little boy.
8. I am interested in comparative theology, all things metaphysical, and literature.
9. I have long straight blond hair, which I help along with an occasional color boost, that I’ve worn in the same style pretty much my entire life. I’ve thought about cutting it, but I’m pretty low maintenance and I don’t want to have to style it every morning.
10. I consider my nuclear and extend family and my girlfriends to be my greatest blessing in this life.
