Yep, Heidi - now *I* can say BTDT!

I have a medical background as well & was once asked why I'd work instead of (literally, word-for-word) "choose" to stay home and eat bon-bons. What the hell IS a bon-bon, btw? Geez!

Note to world: I'm a regular gal. I didn't marry a doc. I married my BEST friend. He happens to be a doc. Tried to convince him to quit and work at McDonald's so everyone would understand I love HIM, not his paycheck. No go --- something about owing everybody & their brother.

    Snarky? Bitchy? Nope. Experienced, maybe?

    LOL again!

PS: You do come across as one of the quieter ones, Heidi. (I'm for sure in trouble for lying now!)

Quieter? She doesn't know me very well, does she?

Either that, or I've been laying down on the job. I have a potty mouth, a snarky, bitter, bitchy attitude. I'm outspoken on here, I think. I've been through training hell since before med school. What do I love about medicine now?

          Ummm.

          Hold on.

          Trying to think.

          There has to be something.

Got it. I live in a fabu house, and my hubby loves what he does. Oh, and I've met some amazing peeps.

Bon-bons are chocolate covered confections, usually ice cream, I think, in the shape of smallish domes. Kinda like dibs, only a little bigger. I don't think they are always ice cream though. Dunno. Never had one.

              What's a "dibs?"

                  I LOVE red dixie cups!

Primer on Heidi: kids, runs hubby's practice, care deeply about her kids and is a product of family educators and thus very outspoken about the subject. Her opinion isn't mine, but anyone who cares enough to research a topic is a hero of mine. Too busy too cook. Loves her crock pot. Told you I've read alot about you all!

Sarcasm is hard to read without tone of voice.

                    Oops, that curse word slipped.

Oops. Heidi...maybe I HAVEN'T read enough yet. FWIW, I deeply admire your stance on your kids' education & have often seen you post that hubby's practice keeps you from being able to do all you'd like at home. I'm impressed that you try your best to do both.

At least ONE person got that I was being light-hearted.
