    That sounds like a cookie issue, like something is overly-aggressively deleting cookies. Have you tried different browsers on that same machine? Does it happen in all of them?

      Cinderella, do you have something in place that scrubs like that? What about your DH - is it a family computer, or the same log in account? Perhaps his settings are interfering.

        I've been using chrome. It's my own computer. I'll try using a different browser and different devices. It's time for a new laptop. This one is eight years old.

          Yep, it's happening in Firefox too. I really wonder if it has something to do with the new Windows 10 upgrade? It didn't start until a couple weeks after the upgrade when I changed my password on here.

            Ok, we can rule out Windows 10 now. I'm using my TV and a 4K Phantom InstaBox -MX4- to surf this website. The same issue has occured.

            So it's my iMSN account which I've always had problems with on this website for some reason. Maybe I should create a new account?
