The most shocking thing to me is that people are still shocked. Like they're going to suddenly call it quits.
I am curious how long her fertility will hold out, though. She's well into her 40s and her ovaries don't even seem to be slowing down--seems like they're still averaging every 18 months or so. Her pump is primed!
I confess I'm addicted to their show and find plenty to like about their family (as well as lots that makes me cringe).Married to a hematopathologist seven years out of training.

I saw the Today show interview this morning. I cracked up when Meredith says something like "so the big announcement is... your getting a puppy??"
I'm preggers with my first baby. I can't imagine doing this 18 more times and having a working uterus. From what DH has told me they have many children based on religious beliefs. I wonder what happens in that culture or religion when a woman can't produce so many babies. That seems like a lot of pressure. Especially if I was Mrs. Dugger's daughter in law.Wife to PGY5.
