Mmm, salty. I had to ban cashews from the pantry because I've been known to go through an entire can without realizing it. And don't get me started on popcorn!

I am a sucker for brownies, though. Warm, with a little bit of melted butter on top, and a big glass of milk. Heaven.

This makes me wonder... I haven't had any real cravings, but milkshakes have been sounding good lately.

Include me with the group who loves the chocolate covered pretzels! Trader Joe's makes some that are to die for!!! Keep them in the fridge so that the chocolate doesn't get melty. I had a slight addiction for a while.

Yep. Tortilla chips and salsa contribute to my weight, for sure.

                I like both too.

Fries with garlic mayo sauce and melted cheddar cheese. Every time DH and I go to Ireland, we drive an hour to get them from the best "chipper" ever.
Though I've recently discovered "Five Guys" fries. Soo good!

I've always had a sweet tooth. Give me anything by Cadburys or Nestle. Yum!

Actually where I first saw them was on that 'day in the life of' thing they did with Obama and he went to get burgers at Five Guys. Everyone was raving about them and I found out there was one in Philly.

Salty or greasy all the way. Having bad teeth I was always steered away from sweets as a kid and never got a chance to get addicted to them. I always thought I didn't like chocolate until we went to Belgium. It was such an eye opening experience to eat real freshly made belgian chocolate. But it's hard to get that stuff here. Lindt and Godiva don't do it for me.

This threat is making me crave nachos.

Suz - will you post your recepie? I LURVE hummus. But, alas, I have moved back to the hinterlands and the only brand I can find is waaay to acidic.

                          Um...HECK YEAH!

Fortunately, thanks to my FIL's influence, I have found numerous markets in the Houston area that cater to Arab/Mediterranean tastes...the trick is to find good tahini and olive oil...I too have acquired the art of hummus making...

I would have to say that my sweet tooth is one of my weaknesses and will eventually be my downfall, although I'm not that into chocolate, give me ice cream, candy, etc.

My true weakness though is popcorn. I get in trouble when that is all I have for dinner. My silly husband thinks that popcorn alone is not a nutritious meal. We got a stove top popcorn popper a while back, Mmmmmm, so much better than microwave popcorn.

Sweet and salty is where it's at. But, I've never been known to turn down chips and salsa.

Both sweet and salty. But not at the same time.

I love chips and salsa, fries, nachos - all that salty stuff. Costco has these great tortilla chips - Abuelita's - I think I ate half the huge bag in a week (DF ate the other half).

RB, I love hummus! I am intrigued about how to make it and I second the motion that someone must post a recipe!

As much as I like a salty snack, I could NEVER be without sweet. Ice cream, cookies, brownies, chocolate. I could eat these things every day - if I didn't have a wedding dress to fit into in 8 months.

DCJenn, we recently discovered dark chocolate with a good port when on a wine tasting tour. OMG...sooooo good! I promptly bought a bottle of port on site and now just need to find some good dark chocolate. Maybe I'll save this for our anniversary in October to enjoy in front of our fireplace...
