    There is a sweet bit of unintended justice here. Peru is NOT somewhere I'd want to be in jail. Ever.

      I was thinking this too. I saw bits of a documentary on Peruvian jails and it seems unlikely that he will make it out alive, even if he receives a short sentence.

        Awww - that's just too damn bad. Honestly, if more of our jails were run like this, I think we would have less recidivism.
