omg, I love it! That's so the type of store I'd like to browse. Sorry if I missed it, but are you keeping the online part as well?

Also, just kind of curious - what's a good stock turn for that type of product?

Thanks for all the positive feeback everyone!

I am keeping the online part as well. www.themerrymartini.com

Some items go quick and some I have had since I started. For example, I can not keep the prissy plates (ribbon plates) in stock, and I have not been able to sell some high end golf accessories at all.

I just did my Halloween, fall set up today. I have tried to stay away from too much seasonal, but I can't help myself. I am hoping this turns pretty quick, I have no issue putting it on sale after the Holiday if it comes to that. I just think that having seasonal items is something people like to see in stores.

Super cute! I'm totally going to bookmark it. I'm too lazy to go all out for various holidays (we put up a tree... that's as far as I go), but I have friends who always do something new. Lots of gift opportunities!

Also, since you are in a big college area, you should definitely look into advertising to sororities. Sorority girls LOVE personalized stuff. Seriously - anything they can put their nicknames and letters on, they will do it. Are you able to make greek letters? If so, you should send postcards to the local sorority houses asap.

Sorry if I'm telling you stuff you already know. I just started browsing and thought about how much my girls (I advise my old chapter) would love all of it.

              Congrats again.

It looks great! Much much luck! You'll have to show us how you change the look with each season.

Congratulations on your new shop! It looks fantastic. Just about every one of my friends has a ribbon plate....they seem to be really popular in this area. I LOVE your aprons, too!
