Those pictures made me laugh. Particularly because in my world, there's not such thing as a professional head shot or a "Board Picture". We were lucky if the names of the Board members were printed out and stuck up on the wall.
So, what did you end up with?

Who is your audience? In most of your pictures you look very young, blonde, adorable, sexy. Those qualities could be something you want to accentuate or play down depending on who is seeing them. Images make a huge first impression, so I like the idea of hiring a consultant to scultp and polish your image.-Ladybug

I missed page three. They look nice, but I agree they don't look board-professional. They look like sorority pictures.
You're inherently beautiful, young and glowing. That's going to be hard to play against given the "look" they are going for. Clearly they are looking for an image/brand not just a headshot. You can play on your youth by making it edgy. BNW, dramatic/harsh lighting. Edgy youth can capture people because it makes them think…creative, prodigal, fresh, advante grade. Most of those photographers pictures are desaturated and dramatic.
What qualities do they feel you bring to the board. Why did they select you? How you can visually capture and illustrate these unique qualities?-Ladybug
