                    Chris-

I am excited- but also facing a staff who will likely have zero morale. The director of the previous 20 years was asked to open the clinic they just opened. Since April/May, they've gone through 3 different directors. One quit, one was fired and the most recent one was an internal promotion who couldn't hang. (counselors are often crappy managers because they like people way too much)

So- we shall see. I kind of think I should have asked for hazardous duty pay.

You'll be fantastic, and the staff morale will perk up once they realize you know your shit.

                      Congrats!

congrats.. i think 5am to 2pm is great because you can pickup the kids-- it'll save some trouble with nanny/after school situation.

I know morale will improve once they meet you. I didn't know clinics opened that early. That's great for the patients!
