The only "branch" is in SA I think. I luuurve them. I can honestly say I have never set foot in my bank. All online, by phone, automated - they are there no matter where I go all over the world. AND credit my account for those pesky ATM fees no matter what machine I use. Ok - I'll stop now.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

Should you need to obtain a DD214, this is where you can get a copy:

Quick question: If my FIL served and we want to switch to USAA, does he have to have accounts at USAA or can we get in just based on the fact that he served at some point?

I've always heard wonderful things about USAA but knew we weren't eligible. It would be awesome if we could now be eligible based on their new policy!

He has to have car, homeowner, or renters insurance through USAA for you to be eligible.

USAA has wonderful insurance coverage - we've been using them for years for various things.

I am friends with one of the VP's for USAA and that man is on his game. It is a very well-run venture.
