Oh my gosh that is freaking hilarious! (Although her badgering of him somewhat reminded me of how Kate treated him).
(And I agree I usually find Nancy Grace annoying... but it was really funny to watch her rake him over the coals!)

Wow. I couldn't watch the whole clip. I thought it was over the top and it made me uncomfortable. John and Kate clearly both have issues. He as acted badly but I think Nancy Grace could have taken a higher ground. She looked like a bully.

Ditto. It made me sick to my stomach, like Kris I could not watch the entire discussion. At this point the kids just seem like throw aways and pawns in the relationship. Like I said before, both parents are idiots.

Nancy Grace is a total bully. You should see the end of it tho. She really seems to get through to him for acting so selfish.

I watched the Today Show interview with Kate regarding all the money he supposedly took from her.

She said one thing that really made me think. Kate really seems to think the show provides the kids with educational vacations and activities that make for happy and healthy kids. Plus the finical security. I think Jon might be right in not wanting to film right now since they are going through a divorce. Who in their right mind would want that process on TV??! But what about this argument she's making? The show provides the kids with really fun activities and that can't hurt.

Except that I would be willing to bet that in the years to come those children would trade every trip they had for parents that treated each other with respect.

You know, I heard on NPR the other day that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court makes $250K/year, while Judge Judy makes $5 million. The TV lawyers / jurists make me crazy (Nancy Grace is a former DA) ... it's not like the cream of the crop are the ones making the switch. I can't imagine that Judge Judy has a better legal mind than Justice Roberts ... he's just never been caught saying "Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining."

The things that Americans will pay to watch ....
