Did anyone else feel depressed when they saw the picture of New Kids On the Block on the cover of Parade magazine today? Gosh, they look awful.

Maybe it's just that they are not my type. I've never really had a type but I've never was into boy bands either. Also, personally, I find it really unattractive when mature men act like perpetual adolescents. The fraternity boys who never grow up and so forth. I guess the whole concept NKOTB is just associated with boyishness, youth, tweens for me.Wife and #1 Fan of Attending Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist.

I would hit a BIIM concert in a heartbeat, though. And we're there originally 4? I alway thought there were only 3 guys.

Eh, I remember them in college. My cousin was a trained opera singer and he used to host a classical music radio show. I remember him making fun of them when I was a Freshman.Wife and #1 Fan of Attending Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist.

Woh-oh-oh-oh-o. Hangin' tough!
I just googled them. I guess they started a bit earlier than I remember, but really they came into their own when I was just about to graduate from high school. And I was much more interested in a good hair band than boy band.Kris
