That was my grunge phase, thank you Seattle.

I was 8 in '88. Once I hit middle school in 91, I went grunge and didn't really go back until Britney my freshman year of college. . Now I'm a grunge-pop-country mix.

Not early 20s. . I'd say early teens! Almost a decade!

I was 13 in '88 and by the time I was forced to go to that damn concert at 15 or 16, they were oh-so over.

I don't remember the year, and I'm too lazy to do math right now, but I loved them when I was 8-9 years old.

My second job out of college was in printing and I remember doing some big print job for one of the boy bands, not sure which one though.

I never wanted to go to the concerts then, I liked their music but didn't go to a concert until Garth Brooks in high school. I was 12 in '88.

I loved NKOTB. I was in love when I was 11!

Y'all are cracking me up, I was already in college in '88. NKOTB was far too young for me. Menudo was the boy band that became popular in the US when I was in my early teens, lol.

DD, there were originally 4. The 4th member was the "spoken sexy lyrics in a low voice" guy, and DH says they sound just fine without him.

BTW, he went to the "II" concert tour and was close to the stage. So. Jealous.

Now, Menudo had it right. Once you turned 18, you're out of the boy band. You grow up and make your own identity as an adult musician or accountant or whatever.

I wanted to marry Jordan Knight in the 5th grade! I might have even prayed for it omg & wtf. Almost met Ricky Martin when he was in Menudo when I was 6 or 7 at a record store down the street. I liked him because he was the little one lol although older than I was. Wow now I feel old. Still a little sad he's gay, he always had girlfriends, I was sure he would marry that last one.
