    Good to know! I use Picasa now, because it's free. Mostly I adjust white balance and shadows/highlight, and crop. I've used PS before, but it's been a while, but I know it has better adjustment capabilities than Picasa, so I want some of those back, and anything else to make my images cleaner (removing noise, maybe?).

      All of those things and more can be done in PSE. I love it. I recently moved my toddlers head from one photo to another!

            I will! I'm so excited!! I don't know if I'll splurge for the full participation if I take many other courses, but for something like this it seems like the feedback is the most important part. I do feel like I've gotten a lot better lately, but I know I've still got a good ways to go. Here are a couple of my favorites that I've taken recently, both in manual.
