When I was pregnant with #3, I bought some brown slip-on sandals that were $140. It seemed like I was *always* on my feet, and they were already swollen, and I still had a summer to get through. The shoes were some Israeli brand that I can't remember now, and they were extraordinarily comfortable. I wore them until there were holes in the soles. Other than that, my shoes usually cost between $30 and $70.

Birks- about 60 bucks a pair but they last forever.

I have some throwaway shoes from Target for each season- but usually they end up hurting my feet.

The Israeli comfy shoes were probably Naot... I paid WAY too much (135 comes to mind) for a pair but love them so much. I have plans to wear them until they die.

The most expensive pair I'm embarrassed to admit because they will only be worn once - the shoes for my wedding. Apparently wanting a low, wide-heeled slingback was too much to ask for without spending 220. I love them and had planned on dying them but the heel isn't reinforced like it is on a shoe that is meant to be worn. So now they'll sit in a box.... next to the box with that stupid over-priced dress.
