Sorry the quality of the photos SUCKS. My dogs kept getting in the way and the camera was focusing on them instead of me. Oh well. You get the idea. My shoes are white with black trim detail and the bag is white with black beading.

Okay ladies -- I'm classic to a fault (some would call it boring ) but here are some shoes I could wear and still feel like "me."

(Keep in mind I'm going to a stuffy doctors fund raiser AND I'm not 25 anymore....more like a fab bag of chips 36!

I like the wedge option for comfort!!!!

I agree Jenn. I'm hoping I can get away with it becuase it's September?
We have winter here um about 6-8 months out of the year so I'm going for practicality here as well as comfort (wedge) and then pricepoint (I HATE spending over 100 dollars on shoes).

Can I get away with it???

I like the 2nd one. The first seems very winter/Christmas to me. While Stella looked great in the picture she posted - I still think I'd go w/black for the shoes. You can do accessories in white -- and there are LOTS of white enamel type things these days that you can do very inexpensively.

Flynn, beautiful dress. I would stick to black shoes and do white for accessories and may be a wrap. Also a stacked heel is just as comfortable if not more than a skinny wedge.
