Oh man those shoes are HOT. But yeah see I would rather spend the money on the LV bag I want. It's weird how I won't think twice about the money I spend on a bag but on shoes... I definitely think twice if they are over the $300 mark. Maybe bc I carry the bag more than I wear any one pair of shoes... hmm...

Anyway definitely check yoox.com regularly as they are Italian and have the Italian designers heavily discounted. They have warehouses in the US so you don't get hit with customs.

Hah! E has been saying this for years, but obviously wouldn't trade his kids in for it. Hey, at least you go out on dates!! We went out for sushi with the kids last Friday night at around 8pm and I have to say they were excellently behaved and used their chopsticks better than a good portion of the people dining there.

And here is where I envy you, our kiddos loose pretty much all good manners past 8:00 and 9:00 is probably the latest I would dare to keep them out, if I want to keep my hair Lucky you with your easy going kids... I'm feeling a little green right now I'm scared of chopsticks, I'm not... um, graceful..., need fork to save face...

I don't like them. They are a little too tight, but my desire to find them in a larger size is gone because they have WAY too much toe cleavage. Ah well. I didn't need to spend it anyway. :|

Bummer, can you buy something else extravgent quick please, I need to live vicariously through someone :P

Then I guess it's all good that I wasn't able to find a picture of that bag. I'm pretty sure it was either Cole Haan or Francesco Biasia though.

I got a new black patent leather purse and am now looking for some everyday patent leather black shoes that can last through spring/summer/fall. The biggest problem is finding the perfect heel height and of course my size. Any suggestions?

Just for the dancing part, right? I hope you won't be walking down the isle in birks. Last year I bought hot silver Coach wedges for a wedding I was in and they tore my feet to shreds during the picture taking, I barely hobbled down the isle. Luckily I was able to call DH and ask him to bring my rubber flip flops to the reception (they matched the dress though.)

Lily have you seen the brand Sofft? Some of their leather heels this winter make me think of you and your style. I found some at Marshals of all places for $40 But not in my size Not that I needed to spend $40 anyway... Not sure the summer stuff is your style but their shoes are really cute IMO. These IMO are stylish but functional shoes, and I would buy them if I had the $$. They are more affordable than the above pair though They are on my post training want list

I love the first pair, will have to track these down in my size. The second is adorable but the heel is a bit too chunky for me, I prefer them on the slimmer side. I also love how these go with skirts, pants and jeans. Thanks.

Side note: I just looked over and saw my puppy toying with the bow on my Stuart Weitzman pumps. The dog now understands (after a good thwack on the nose with the tip of the shoe) that this is mine, the blue squeeze toy is hers, and her teeth + my shoes = nasal pain. :>

Can you imagine if you'd kept the $654 shoes and the puppy "toyed" with those????????????????????????? Oy! Yet another reason (IMO) not to spend that much on shoes.
