      I like them, but do you think they're formal enough for dh's graduation? The dress itself isn't very formal, and so I thought the all-black theme might not draw attention to the individual pieces as much... I'd be ok with the flip flop look if the graduation were during the day, but hmm... Maybe I do need a wedge...?!

        Metalics, patent leather and other embelishments make some of them look more dressier. Plus if you add some make up and accessories, your outfit will automatically look dressier. Think of it as hobo-chic.
