Right! We also bought a microcell for the house - it makes our house a 3G spot. You control the phone numbers that can access it - so it's not like anyone driving by can use it!

Luckily, I have the unlimited data! No texting plan though. I may have to change that soon, now that I am working. My front office girl likes to text me. They say that even with the iphone most users do not go over 2GB, but I bet I am one of those users who does especially now with the Netflix app. How cool that I can go get my oil changed today and watch a streaming movie, and it isn't costing me anymore than I was already paying for Netflix. Sweet.

Right! However, I found that in order to be "mobile" while using it for work, I had to get an unlimited data plan because there were not many places where I could get free WiFi.

We also have a microcell to get service at the house. It's true that the Blackberry is probably better for work especially if you travel internationally (that's what I used for work in NYC and it never failed me). But now I am staying at home and I could care less about some of the former perks of a BB compared to the "yeah" factor of my iPhone. I would play with both before you make a decision on your purchase and see what your needs are.
