I think I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 8 or 9. Even though my weight never changes, I swing between 3-4 sizes, depending on the day. I have a couple dressy jeans, but most are casual. Which makes sense since my existence is pretty laid back.

Yep, the Gap jeans now have tons of stretch. I wear the Perfect Boot Cut style now, and I have to get size 2 (I'm normally a size 6 or 8) because they stretch so much. What kills me though is that my size changes depending on the wash of the jean because each color has a different amount of stretch. So, the light wash jeans, I wear a 2. The dark wash is a 4, and with the medium wash, I have to wear a 6, I think. It's annoying because I used to be able to go into Gap, find my style and my size and buy the jeans without even trying them on. Now, I have to take 30 pairs of jeans to the dressing room to find what works....

If you guys haven't tried Hudson jeans yet, I highly recommend them. I am tall and curvy and usually have a very difficult time finding jeans that fit. I also like 7's, too. They're a little spendy but they last a long time and are worth it. I have about 10 pairs of jeans that I rotate, depending on the weather and what top and shoes I'm wearing.

This thread is telling me that I do not own enough clothing. Not really sure how this happened. Ive never been a clothes hourse, but I've never been quite this destitute either :/. I have 1 pair of jeans, and 1 pair of heavy twill pants that are like jeans. I also have a pair of cords I can't fit into currently. To round out my extensive wardrobe I have 4 skirts (1 needs mending) a dozen of cheap old navy t's, and two sweaters (1 is full of holes, ooppps). I CANT wait until dh is pulling in an attending salary and I can get more clothing w/out adding to our debt. Sigh.

I have about 5 pairs and wear them all the time. I also have a pair of cords but I haven't tried them on lately they probably don't fit.
