I'm bummed not to be able to do my usual Apple cards but its just not in the budget this year.

I just got a Shutterfly coupon code in the mail for $15 off $50. The code is DM7N-CP1N-J9KV-JW8V9V. It sounds like it's a one-use code, so if you use it, you might reply here so others know it's not available anymore.

I ordered these for the bloody mary tasting party we're hosting on New Years Day.

As for regular cards- I think I bought some last year but I need to double check. I may do postcards again- we did postcards one year- it was fun.

There is a bargain blowout shopping place here in NC (maybe it's in the mid Atlantic states) called Ollie's. It's the most random stuff from other stores bought at close out. I get the best deals there and have become slightly obsessed with shopping there this month. Christmas cards bought today for $3 for a box of 20. I'm going back to do some of DD's Christmas toys shopping.

              I remember Ollie's.

Don't forget the drugstores. Last year I got 3 boxes of 36 cards (several different designs in each box, religious and secular, some of them quite nice) for $5.99. Walgreens was running a special of buy 1 get 2 free, which I sweetened by using $5.00 register rewards. Even without that, it was $5.99 for 108 cards!

I also ordered cards from My Publisher - the 10 for free promo. They arrived yesterday and they are FANTASTIC!!! The paper is nice and thick and the quality is excellent! If I hadn't already ordered so many other free cards I would order more from them.

I will definately order from them again!

Our local Costco had a coupon when I checked out - an additional $5 off! Which means I got 125 cards for about $28!!! (About 23 cents a card!!!) Now that's a deal! Thanks to those that shared!

There is a typo on my cards. It's really bugging me but I'm not going to change it because I've already licked and stamped the envelopes and sealed most of them. I learned with Shutterfly if you edit your projects in your project folder and the same project is already in your checkout it doesn't automatically update it even through it's the same thing.

I left the project in my checkout so they'd send me the 40% off email in order to get me to buy. I think I read that on here and it worked. Just this week I got the 50% of email and wish I'd waited just a little longer to buy my cards and double checked them at the check out.

I only re-read them and edited them two dozen times before purchasing them only to drop that ball at check out with the excitement of getting 40% off. I'm mostly happy with them. Anyways you'll all see soon for yourselves.

Ebates has 20% off at snapfish today, and snapfish is offering 50% off site wide until tomorrow! (code FIFTYOFF). I'm working on my cards right now ....

the FIFTYOFF code didn't work, but I chatted w/their customer service and got CYBER50, which worked fine. Plus 20% back through ebates, which will mean I got 80 card stock (not photo paper) front/back cards for $37. It can definitely be done cheaper than that, but I really liked the format I chose, and hey ... we're out of training.

If you are making your cards, snapfish also has the promo PENNYNOV for 4x6 prints for one cent each up to 500 prints. I was able to cut my list down to 120, so my prints for the cards will only be $1.20!!! code along with the cyber50 expires tomorrow.
